Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FlowVolt is operated by O.L. Watches, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 87784556, VAT NL864405285B01), registered address Abraham Heetveldlaan 6, 3903 DC Veenendaal. Contact: info@flowvolt.io.

2. What FlowVolt does

FlowVolt consults your agency, identifies where AI saves you the most, and composes AI agents that draft work in your voice (for example replies, briefs, reports). FlowVolt is a drafting and assistance tool with a human in the loop. It creates drafts for you to review; it does not send emails, book meetings, or take irreversible actions on your behalf unless and until you explicitly enable and approve such actions.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract.

4. AI output — important

• AI-generated drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review every draft before you use or send it. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to send or publish.
• FlowVolt creates drafts only and does not send on your behalf. A separate grading step checks drafts for accuracy and voice, but it does not guarantee correctness.
• FlowVolt does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Output is not a substitute for professional judgment.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect a tool (such as Gmail, Calendar, Analytics, Slack, or HubSpot), you authorize FlowVolt to access it within the scopes you grant, only to provide the features you use. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlowVolt to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or deceptive content, attempt to access data that is not yours, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, or use it to generate content that is harmful, unlawful, or violates a third party's policies (including Google's).

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• FlowVolt offers a free tier and paid plans (currently 99, 199, and 499 euro per month). Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

8. Your content and intellectual property

You own your data and the drafts produced for you. You grant FlowVolt a limited licence to process your data and connected-account content solely to provide and improve the service for you. FlowVolt and its underlying software, design, and brand remain our property. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We treat the contents of your connected accounts as confidential and access them only to provide the service, as permitted by you, or as required by law.

10. Warranties and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowVolt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FlowVolt against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You can stop using FlowVolt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Veenendaal, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
